Affin Investment had organized its second Financial Literacy programme for secondary school children on Friday, 14 November 2008 at Dewan Sri Melati, Perbadanan Putrajaya, Presint 3 from 7:45 am - 6pm. This programme is officiated by the Deputy Minister of Education, YB Dato' Razali Ismail.
Background of programme
The students are made to realize the importance of money skills and the underlying values-that money be obtained and used in legal, ethical and moral ways. This programme is conducted using the accelerated learning methodology which makes the class highly interactive, fun and lively .Although the subject may seem heavy, the delivery method using games, analogies and simulations make the learning fun and painless. The facilitator that we have engaged to lead the programme, Mohd Tajudin Amin is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience in accounting, finance and merchant banking. He is assisted by the Bank's staff who he refers to as 'Angels".
